Shipping & Delivery Information

We ship nationwide to any residential or business address in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO boxes.

All BCH Swag orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, at a flat rate of $9.99 per order. Items ordered on BCHswag.com are made to order; most orders ship within 7 to 10 business days. Transit times range from 1 to 4 business days, depending on where you are located. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Carrollton, Texas.

Processing Times

We ship orders Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on BCHswag.com are made to order. Most orders ship within 7 to 10 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Exceptionally large orders may be subject to processing delays.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking information. You can view your order status or track your package by logging in to your account.

Incomplete or Missing Orders

In the rare event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you to determine how to proceed. If your shipment was delivered and you're missing items, please contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend making sure you that someone will be home at the time your shipment is delivered. If no one will be home, you can sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager and request that your package be redirected to a nearby retail location for pickup. FedEx Delivery Manager also allows you to put a temporary hold on your packages, in the event you're going on vacation or traveling for business and won't be home for an extended period of time.
