Shipping & Delivery Information

All BCH Swag items are made to order. Most orders will ship within 2 weeks from the date you place your order. Transit time takes an additional 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Exceptionally large orders may be subject to additional processing time.

Shipping Methods & Charges

BCH Swag ships nationwide to any residential or commercial address in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO boxes.

All BCH Swag orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, at a flat rate of $9.99 per order. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Coppell, Texas.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can view your order status or track your package by logging in to your account.

Incomplete or Missing Orders

In the rare event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you to determine how to proceed. If your shipment was delivered and you're missing items, please contact us immediately.

BCH Swag is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend making sure you that someone will be home at the time your shipment is delivered. If no one will be home, you can sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager and request that your package be redirected to a nearby retail location for pickup. FedEx Delivery Manager also allows you to put a temporary hold on your packages, in the event you're going on vacation or traveling for business and won't be home for an extended period of time.
