Change your mind? Need a different size or color? As long as the item(s) was purchased directly from BCHswag.com and is unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still attached, you may return it. New, unused items can be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Items that are damaged may be denied a refund.
BCH Swag does not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please return the items you originally ordered and place a new order.
BCH Swag is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend making sure you that someone will be home at the time your shipment is delivered. If no one will be home, you can sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager and request that your package be redirected to a nearby retail location for pickup. FedEx Delivery Manager also allows you to put a temporary hold on your packages, in the event you're going on vacation or traveling for business and won't be home for an extended period of time.
Most new, unused items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of shipment.
