Do you have a minimum order requirement?
BCHSwag has a minimum order amount of just $15.00. The minimum order amount excludes any sales tax.
Is your website secure?
Our website is safe and secure to order from. We use TLS encryption to secure all customer and order data. If a website is secured with TLS encryption, your web browser will display a lock icon in the address bar, like so:
In the event you save your credit card during checkout, we will never store the credit card details on our server. Instead, credit card details are securely stored with our payment processor.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express — as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How will my order be shipped?
All BCHSwag orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Items are made to order; most orders are shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Transit times range from 1 to 4 business days, depending on your location. View our Shipping Information page for more details.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat-rate of $9.99 per order for FedEx Ground shipping.
What is your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund. Please review our complete Return Policy for more information.

How quickly are refunds issued?
Refunds are submitted immediately to our payment processor once we've received and inspected the returned merchandise. The time it takes for the refund to hit your credit or debit card depends on your bank; typically, refunds take 3-7 days to process.
